Financial Resource Center (Known as: Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the North Coast since 1987) has developed a variety of counseling and education programs to help improve our community’s financial footprint. Financial Resource Center is a non-profit organization. Our counselors are certified through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and all programs are accredited through the Council on Accreditation.
